1. When installing cables with heat power pipelines, keep the distance of 2m between them for parallel installation and keep the distance of 0.5m for the cross installation.
2. When installing cables with other pipelines, keep the distance of 0.5 between them for both parallel installation and cross installation.
3. When installing cables by bedding under the ground, the bedding depth should not be less than 0.7 m for 1-35KV cables.
4. For parallel installation of cables with 10 Kv or below, the net distance between cables should not be less than 0.1m. For cables with 10-35Kv, the distance should not be less than 0.25m and the distance between cross section should not be less than 0.5m.
5. The minimum bending radius for cables: Cables with multiple cores should not be less than 15D. Cables with single core should not be less than 20D(D is the cable outer diameter).
6. Cable connector with 6 Kv or above A) When installing cable end connector, the conductive shielding lay must be peeled off. Insulator should not be damaged in operation. Situations like knife scratches or bumpy surface should be avoided and be rubbed down by sand paper if necessary. The shielding end should be kept flat and the graphite layer (carbon grain) should be cleaned. B) The steel piece and the copper shield in cable end connector with plastic insulation should both be connected to ground in good order. It is also the same for short circuit. The accident like possible faradism, fire striking or cover burning produced by the end of steel piece should be avoided in the unbalanced circuit operation. Grounded derivative thread should be cooper line coated by tin. When connecting with cable cooper strip, welding should be done by iron tin, not by blowtorch in order to avoid insulation damage. C). The cooper shields in three electric lines should be connected to ground line. It should be noted that shield grounded lines and steel piece lines should both be elicited and insulated against each other. The position of welding ground line should be put lower.
7. The basic requirement for cable end connector and middle connector: a. Conductor connection is good b. Insulation is reliable, it is recommended to use silicon rubber for insulation materials c. Sealing is good d. Enough mechanical strength to adapt to all kinds of operation conditions
8.The cable end should be waterproof and be avoided with corrasion of erodent materials to prevent hitting through due to insulation layer aging.
9.The cabled installation should be done by crane or forklift to avoid flat loading. When installing big cables, special cable car should be used to avoid damage by outer force or insulation damages by human dragging.
10.When cables cannot be installed due to certain reasons, they should be stored in dry place to avoid sunshine or water entering.
