Cable with flammability retarding and fire endurance
Product Function:
The product is used in high building, oil field, power station, electric factory, mine, chemicals, mine well and underground which has strict requirement for fire prevention. It is also the necessary cable for jury power, fire control pump, and communication signal system for elevator. The product is highly endurable with fire. When the product is under the fire direct burning, short circuit and open circuit will not happen within certain time (not less than 3 hours). And it will still supply electricity for lighting and signal transmittance so that people will have enough time to leave. Furthermore this is also good for putting out a fire and reducing loss.
Application condition:
The product is used in high building, factory building construction, electron and electrical appliance, boat, moving machinery , nuclear power station and electric machinery. The product is replacing the current wire and cables in vinyl chloride cover.

* The highest working temperature on long-term basis:
flammability retarding vinyl chloride insulation and protective cover: 70 ℃ & 105 ℃ two types; cross linking polythene insulation: 90 ℃
vinyl chloride insulation and protective cover with low smoke, low halogen and flammability retarding: 70 ℃ ;
Polyolefin insulation and protective cover with low smoke, low halogen and flammability retarding.: 90 ℃ & 125 ℃ two types
* the lowest surrounding temperature: fixed setting-40 ℃ ; non-fixed setting-15 ℃
* the laying temperature for cable installation should not be lower than 0 ℃

* Allowable bending radius recommended for laying: For non steel cover, twisted shielding cable, the radius should not be less than six times of outer diameter. For steel strip cover, the radius should not be less than twelve times of outer diameter.

* electrical performance and physical mechanical performance is same with similar products.
* current carrying capacity of cable with fire endurance is the same with other cables in same type.
